Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Your satisfaction on every adventure is our priority.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused item(s) with original tags in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorization Number. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Winter Wear Shop cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies).
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
