Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Available on all orders over $50.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these are estimated transit times and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction on every adventure is our priority. If your gear isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Important Health & Safety Note
For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personal nature:
- Men’s Underwear & Sleepwear
- Women’s Baselayers (worn next to skin)
All other technical apparel and equipment from our range are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. You can use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization (RA) Number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused item(s) with original tags in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA Number. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Winter Wear Shop cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies).
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
