When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirms we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.4 Order Cancellation

We ship globally with exceptions. Currently, we are unable to ship to select Asian countries and a few remote regions. Please see our Shipping Policy for specific details.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4.3 Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

These are estimated transit times and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Men’s Underwear & Sleepwear
• Women’s Baselayers (worn next to skin)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and item details
2. Wait for our customer service team to provide a Returns Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the unused item(s) with original tags and include your RA Number
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new item.
